XF 2.2 clicking Navigation menu without going to a main page

Currently the navigation menu contains two parts, clicking the text links to a page while clicking the arrow will show the pull-down sub-menu.

Can I combine them into one - clicking them only to show the pull-down menu?

I would specially want to have it done on a new menu that is a node type.
