Cannot reproduce CLI install skip-statistics

There doesn't appear to be a way (unless I'm doing it wrong) to add skip-statistics as an option when running CLI, I just get:

The "--skip-statistics" option does not exist.

It would be just --skip-statistics (without the "true").

Works fine here.
