The site looks good, but the font in the posts are smaller than mine. Did you change the size or is it just that way?

Way too many forums for such little content, you should consider loosing most of them and use prefixes.

I adjusted the font sizes.
I tried to find a middle ground between something I could read easily on screen, but not so large as to be overpowering.

The titles are too long?

Not titles. You have 76 sub forums, for only ~275 threads that is way too many. It could be condensed down to around ~ 8 - 15 forums using prefixes.
