Clarifying Administrative hierarchy

I may have set permissions wrongly in the CP, but just to be certain, can anyone confirm who is the big banana in a typical xf installation - the Administrator or the Super Administrator? The fact that only the Super Admin is referenced in the Config probably points at the answer.

This is a VB 3.7 import to beta 2.

The Super Admin is at the top of the heirarchy.

You can however have more than 1 just by adding the userid's to the config.php file.
