Choose Username on Facebook Registration?

A lot of my members register via facebook, but then there username is automatically their facebook username which is usually there full name. Then they come to me to manually change it.

Is there any way to set the facebook registration so it imports all info, but lets you choose your own username?

There's nothing automatic regarding the name for Facebook registration:

Most Facebook users pay scant attention when signing up.

They have the option to set their name when they do so but most just click agree and Sign Up.

How can I determine whether a sign-up has come direct, or used Facebook or Google, etc? Extending that, how many in the last 3 months have been direct vs social, etc?
