XF 1.4 Checking for modified templates

I'm planning on upgrading to 1.5 but I've made various template modifications to my current install. I've not done anything too drastic, but is there an easy way to list templates I've previously modified as I can't remember.

Would help me assess the potential impact of the upgrade.

Ideally you should have a test installation which you perform the upgrade on first, before doing your production site.
