Never got this bug, you're testing that with a custom navigation behaviour enabled? If so, just disable it.

I't takes me more than 1 hour to debug this

When "Custom navigation behaviour" is enabled, Inbox/Alerts hover doesn't work.

Probably browser-related. Just disable that function, it's very buggy.

If you're updating from 1.3.x version you can just update the style, no file replacement needed.
