XF 2.3 Changing the words Watch to Subscribe throughout

I'm wanting to change some of the default words in Xenforo like "Watch to Subscribe" "Unwatch to "unsubscribe? Is this best done through the phrases or the language settings?

I do it through phrases, mainly because it seems simpler and the right way to go about this as you are not actually creating a language.

Even if you do it through languages, you' need to "translate" the phrase

Keep it simple!

Languages would be the way to do it if you want to give users the option to select the different terminology but again, keep it simple...

The advantage of the language is a quick find replacement but there doesn’t seem to be a ton of phrases it edit.
