How could i change the layout of the /forums side bar.
So "Online Members" could be at the top or i could re-arrange any of them.

Also i have a new template i want to work on, How do i add HTML blocks to the sidebar again?
Where do i add the code, i haven't worked on xenforo for such a long time.

Or how could i make the "Find a user" on the members page at the very top?

He meant you could install that add-on and arrange the sidebar widgets as you wish.

If you don't want to install the add-on, you can edit the template "forum_list", edit the contents inside <xen:sidebar>...</xen:sidebar>

    I have that addon though.
The only thing i can edit is the homepage "portal" and not the forum?

XenForo has no builtin portal. That add-on also doesn't have a portal. Are you using any add-ons for the portal? It's best to take a screenshot of the widgets page in AdminCP.
