Changing from VBulletin to xenForo

Hi everyone. I've just purchased the licence & this is my first post. My current board is running VBulletin 4 and I need help with the transfer/migration to a new server & the the data base migration to xenForo etc.

Does anyone know of a reputable techie who can help with this. I'm happy to pay for a professional service (providing it doesn't break the bank).
