Fixed Changing display styling priority results in user title changing to Guest

Vanilla 1.1.1 install.

Test user manually created in the ACP.

Make a single post and user title correctly displays as New Member.

Change the Registered user group Display Styling Priority to 100 (and save) and back to 0 (and save).

User title now displays as Guest.

Rebuilding the user cache fixes it.
