Hello,

ACP > Appearance > Style Properties > Block > Header Block > change the font size...

Depending on what style you're using, adding this code to default styles extra.less works fine.

.block--category .block-header {
font-weight:;
font-size: 20px;
}

Yes it's better like that, it avoids changing all the block headers
