XF 1.2 Changeing a Users Name

What is the best way to go about changing a users name. I have some members who have signed up via Facebook and would now prefer to a different moniker to their real names.

Will posts made under their original name be updated to appear under the new name?

You can only do it via the user profile in the ACP.

Yes, all posts will be updated but some content won't be such as Likes and quotes.

Search for the user in the ACP and you can change their username from there.

Wasn't there a change made in XenForo 1.2 so likes do get updated? I've been seeing names on old / older likes update over on KH-Vids where name changes is a common thing for premium members.
