Implemented Change wording for Add or Remove this message to Multi-Quote

Hey guys,
I doubt anyone is still reading this, but just in case they are. I would have thought "Add to/Remove from Multi-Quote List" works better than "Toggle Multi-Quote". I think "Toggle" suggests that you are turning Multi-Quote "ON" or "OFF", which doesn't make sense if you are adding/removing multiple quotes to/from a list (I say "list" and not "bank" because that's what makes more sense to all users). Also, it doesn't really let the user know what the function of the button is, which is the point of a tooltip. Whereas "Add to/Remove from Multi-Quote List" immediately makes sense to everyone, new members and old.
