As designed Change thread title does not appear in moderator log.

Thread -> More options -> Edit thread -> change Title -> Save

What are you seeing in the moderator log? Anything?

Is the user modifying the thread a proper moderator? Or is the moderator editing their own thread title?

Seems to work ok here.

Nothing about thread title.

Moderator or user editing their own thread title -> Fail.
Works fine when moderator edit other people's thread titles.

That’s working as designed. We don’t log user context edits. A moderator editing their own thread isn’t considered a moderator edit.
