XF 1.3 Change thread prefix with one click

Hi,

I hope to be able to allow users to change their thread prefixes easily, e.g. Users can change a "Selling" prefix to "Sold" by simply clicking a button on the sidebar etc. The idea is to give visibility of changing the prefix. Right now users have to go Threads tools > Edit Thread in order to change prefixes. IMO, this can be made more intuitive for marketplace forums if a user can quickly change a "Selling" prefix to "Sold".

One idea I was thinking was perhaps use the HTML of the popup of "Edit Thread" and use it in conjunction with @xfrocks widget framework, html framework... shrug.

Please does anyone know how to pull something like that off?

Found a solution..

This can be achieved by using this add-on and renaming "marked as solved" as "marked as sold":

I took it a step further by adding the template on a widget and decorating the text "marked as sold" into a button. Also removed the template modifications by this addon.
