XF 1.2 Change the Terms

Hi, how can i change the terms on my forum? (/forum/help/terms)
I don´t want to change the address, i want to change the content. Thanks!

Change the terms_rules_text phrase (Admin CP -> Appearance -> Phrases).

No text in XenForo is hard coded, and can be found as a phrase. This allows internationalization.
