XF 1.3 Change text colour of post headings

Hey all,

I am new to Xenforo, but can already say it seems an amazing platform!

I am just trying to customise the text on this page

You see 'Title' 'Start Date' 'Replies' 'Views' and 'Last message'

I want to change this text colour to white, but I cant seem to find anywhere in the back end to do it, could anyone please help?
