Change subject of the "Email Confirmation Required" message

How do I change the subject of the email confirmation so that it only says “Account Confirmation Required” i.e. the “Board Title” is omitted from the subject line?

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Search Phrases

Search for "Account Confirmation Required" in Text Contains. Edit the matching phrase.
