Lack of interest Allow placeholders in the "Subject" of the Email Users feature

This one is very basic. Placeholders such as {name} are allowed in the Body of the e-mail to users, so it should be allowed in the Subject as well.

This would allow Admins to write e-mails to grab the user's attention directly with a Subject such as "{name}, please introduce yourself to the Forum".
