Change Peggy's UG's Title

I think the staff of this website should post their first name with the first letter of their last and an avatar of themself with a descriptive title. It looks more professional and easy to spot the staff

On another note, it's a friendly democratic staff that makes a community what it is. Let's not try to place any sterotypes like ban master or ban hammer on a moderator

FWIW, It's not a shirt, it's a white cotton scarf I've got stuffed under my camera bag strap - I'm watching the sunset on the sand bar of my favourite place in the world in the Maldives.
