Lack of interest Change "Maximum Attachments per Message" to user groups

I've seen suggestions to transfer attachment size limits to user groups, but I'd like to toss in moving the per-message limit there as well. I just realized that as admin, I want to be able to post images without limits, or at least be able to upload something like 30 images within a post but keep regular members at smaller amounts (and maybe even offer larger limits as a subscriber's perk).

I can't do that at the moment so I've found myself raising the limit in the ACP while I'm uploading images, and when I submit the post, lower it back down.
