Confirmed Censored words appear in tags

Words that I have added to the censor list still appear unhashed in user generated tags.

In my testing, a tag cannot be saved if the word is in the censor list.

I'd go with this so we probably want to censor the output or otherwise exclude them so we'll call this confirmed.

I agree that censored words can no longer be added. My issue is with old posts. My ad network pointed out a bunch of words which were in my censor list but were showing up in my tags. I have been deleting them as I've been finding them.
