Cell phones in the workplace

Should there be rules about cell phone use in the workplace?

Does your workplace have a policy on cell phone use?

I pack a company-issued phone, so no problems using it at work.

In general, no use of personal phones for work (anyone with a business case for having a mobile device gets one), but if someone needs to call home or do banking or whatever on a break or at lunch, it's allowed. At least at head office. Not sure how managers in the branches handle it.
