CDN + Xenforo and other questions

I'm just wondering how useful is a CDN service for a website that 99.5% of its traffic comes from the same location the server is located in?

If it's still useful, what would you recommend? I saw many discussions here about:
MaxCDN - Pretty cheap
cdn.net - Pay as you go
EdgeCast - Expensive but fast
CloudFlare - Free

I'm also wondering if it would be useful for me since I live in the US and my server is in Israel, which is where most of my traffic. I've also noticed that there are no CDN servers near Israel in any of the companies above, so I guess it's useless for my needs?

Except for XenForo, I also have a Wordpress blog with lots of CSS and pictures.

Thanks.

Just linking to a topic with information that may or may not help in your decision. I personally use cloud flare but don't have much knowledge or insight to give.

I use cdn77 to serve my static content (attachments using @xfrocks add-on and the js / data directory). Tbh, I did it simply to see if I could. When I've used up the 1tb bandwidth, I go back to having the domains as parked domains on my vps and serve all the content locally, as I do find there are times when certain edge locations can be quite slow
