XF 1.4 Captcha blocking posting

Attached is a screenshot of a captcha that is 100% unbypassable that is intermittently blocking posting on my forum

There is no way to press the okay button and it's not even CSS rendering correctly

What do I do?

I'd like to just disable it entirely

That appears to be from an add-on or customisation.
I don't recognise it as a captcha.

Which add-ons do you have installed?

I think that's CloudFlare's security check actually.

I actually *am* running cloudflare pro.

I'll lower the security level using a pagerule on the forums.

Our homepage is actually wordpress, which is why I have it in the first place.
