XF 1.1 Can't unban IP address?

How do I unban an IP address in XenForo 1.1? I see no option to unban IP's, just ban them. It seems that banning one IP bans around 10 people at once, it says 10+ people are using the same IP, so it banst them all, even though their in different countries..?

Where is the unban IP option at? Is there somewhere in the database I can edit?

Click on Users -> Banned IP Addresses.

Select the checkbox and click Delete Selected IPs

They must be using a proxy.

Odd thing is, I have talked to three of them on Skype and their completely different people in different countries. Even MY ip address says multiple people are using it.
