Browser issue Can't make text bold or italics on mobile without first opening editor submenu

When using Chrome on Android, the bold and italics buttons are inaccessible when text is selected.

Sure, it's possible to get around it by first opening the editor submenu like this, but it isn't all that user friendly to require one to do that.

There isn't really much we can do about this. That menu is entirely browser controlled and thus we can't position it.
