Cant log into main account on Xenforo

Hi all, an unusual problem.
I tried logging onto the main Xenforo website for the first time in a few years and it says my account doent exist.
The credentials I saved show a user name and password, that matched those saved in my browser. The log in page is asking for an email address tro log in. If I use my email address, I get a messgae saying no account exisits using that name. Has the log in process changed in the past 5 years, of is something else wrong? Thanks.

Thanks. I did try to raise a ticket, but couldnt due to not being logged in. You link seems to bypass that. Thank you.
