XF 2.1 Can't get secondary user group banner to display?

Hello!

I was trying to customize a user banner for donator group. I went through: https://xenforo.com/community/search/899037/?q=User+banner+styling+CSS&o=relevance

In my Admin CP>Options>User Options I have for user banners checked: Show staff banner, allow banner stacking, show staff and group banner ticked on.

I edited a user which has donated to add them to the donator secondary group and...Nothing?
Registered is set to display property 0, so is donator. I tried changing the numbers, such at mirroring the display # used for admin banner to donator and nothing changed.

I am very confused, what am I missing?

You don't have any text in the User banner text box. Leaving it blank means there won't be a user banner.
