Can't find an Add-on (Notifications)

What happened to the Notifications add-on.. Not sure who did it.. Or I just can find it..
Puts a ballon on the side of your page for Guest...

For resources, it's more accurate if you select titles only. If you knew the author, that really narrows it down, but not many people pay attention to the author...

Yeah, I always forget to watch paid addons.

@Brogan and @Liam W Why don't app coders just link to xenforo? most my links are broken or go to a none working site..

Developers are free to put any link they like in, we can't force them to use the resource URL.

I don't do it for my add-ons either.
