Fixed Can't delete attachment without JS from the post edit form

The delete link in http://xenforo.com/community/posts/698167/edit links to http://xenforo.com/community/attachments/inline-mod2-png.64640/delete and this will throw an error, if used by users with deactivated JS.

This action is available via POST only. Please press the back button and try again.

The link should be changed to a form like in the attachment_upload template, or add at least the JsOnly css class to the button to hide it for users without JS

This button is actually in <noscript> so it's explicitly for them. However, the easiest--though not the ideal--was to just change this button to point to the management form for attachments that they do have.
