XF 2.2 Can't add pdf file when EDITING resource

I created a resource with multiple PDF files. Now I want to add an additional file, but it won't allow PDF files to be added during EDITING.

How to fix? Thanks!

You can't add pdf files to the editor body for resources.

They need to be uploaded here:

If you have created the resource as fileless you will need to recreate it as a new resource allowing files.

Yep. Saw that. I know how to add files when creating the resource.

It's odd that PDF files, specifically, cannot be added LATER when updating a resource.

Next question: Resources are limited to 5 attached files. Is that modifiable via the ACP?
