XF 1.5 Can't add a new admin....

I just tried to promote an existing user to be admin and got this....
Same problem on the productive and the test forum, one with the other without zend cache enabled in config.php...

No idea how to solve this.

Can anyone help please ?

last_note_viewed would be related to an add-on. Disable all add-ons or any "note" related add-on and try again.
