XF 1.3 Cannot unlock thread?

Hello all,

I have a forum section (http://pjpantheon.com/forums/project-pantheon-developer-index.24/) that is locked. I have went into the CP and updated every single permission that I can find including administrator in general, I even did personal permissions etc etc and no matter what I do every thread is locked and untouchable. What am I missing here?

Have you run the permissions analyzer? What happens when you try to unlock the thread?

Not sure if this is it but, is that specific forum an RSS Feed? If so, check if the RSS Feed Settings are set to "Open".

In the CP node editor, click on the forum and check the Forum Options tab and let us know if - Allow new messages to be posted in this forum - is ticked or not?
