Cannot log into my customers area

I am not sure where I need to post this so here goes. When I try and log into my customers area it tell me
no customer can be found with this email address

Make sure you are using the correct one, it is not necessarily the same one as your forum account.

If you can't remember it, use the Contact Us form.
