Cannot install addons

Please enter a valid file name. The requested file could not be read.

Happens every time I try and install any addons - either using "Install from uploaded file" or "Install from file on server".

I added the folders "js" and "library" directly into the root folder, which is what it says you should do.

The addon is XenPorta, if that helps.

Which add-on are you trying to install?
It can't be one downloaded from this site as those forums are available to customers only.

You will need to associate your licence with your forum account to post in the customer forums.
