XF 1.5 Cannot edit one user

I have one user (a test user I created)

yesterday I edited that user's name and added a secondary group.

Today I am unable to edit the user. Other users seem fine I get the normal Your changes have been saved notice, but that doesn't happen with this user when clicking on the save user button.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Does it work in a different browser or a browser with extensions disabled?

Yes, it works in Firefox (I had been using my usual Chrome)

What did you edit his name to? I suspect an extension you have installed on Chrome, maybe adblock or similar, is blocking that user from being saved.

Aha, it is adbloker which I enabled this morning.

The test user's name is Advertiser.

Sort of makes sense.
