RM 1.0 cannot add resource

don't know why but i cannot find or figure out how to add a resource.....the button is completely gone and nowhere to be found. i've searched for hours and hours but can't find where the issue says. anyone who can check my system please because i'm completely lost?

Have you used the analyze permissions feature?

yes. But i figured it out just one minute ago......seems to be that de breadcrumb box in my style is corrupting the add resource button.

so now i have to fix some styling.
