Not a bug Cannot Access Control Panel

Part of a new community and we have started using XenForo.

I was elected as the forum manager and was given administrator permissions. They said a control panel button thing should appear at the top right of the screen. However, it's not there. No matter what. Anyone know what's up?

My guess is that you do not have the admin permissions.

It's strange because we thought that was the case but we've literally configured it around 100 times now. For some reason to no avail.

Are you in the registered group and then an admin?

If you can't you need to have the license owner add you as a user.
