XF 2.2 Can only pick between banner and usertitle override

If I have someone in two usergroups, one with a usertitle override (image) and another with a banner, only the banner ever shows up, no matter what order the priority is styled.



You'll see both on the profile, but never on the forum. If I can't use both, I'd rather make the custom image be the one to show, but I can't do that either.
