XF 2.1 Post can only be seen between staff and the user who post it?

Is it possible to create a forum where users can post and reply but no one else but them and the admins can see and reply to it? I want to do this as a private support to my users instead using emails or ticket system. So they just create their threads with issues directly to our staff and they can reply to them but no one else can see it or reply to it, only admins. Something similar to Private Messages but in forum context.

Just set node permission View thread by others to No and Post new thread, Post replies and View thread content to Yes for specific groups.
