Can not add forum user to license

Hello,
I found no other forum for this problem, it's not really pre-sale.

I can't add my forum user to the license:



I can click "Done", but it seems not really be done? I see no additional save-button on this page, so I think this should be all of task? But after refresh the page the input is empty again... I tried this already one hour ago, but still not working. Can you please help me here?

Okay, it seems to work if I add the user on a different page: https://xenforo.com/customers/forum-users

Did you click on edit up there? Thats how you do it.

There's a known bug when adding from the main account page.

Apologies for necro-ing an old thread, but this is similar to a problem I'm having and it made sense not to start a new thread.

The forum Owner has added me as a forum/associated user on his account, and I do have access to the customer-only forums now, but I don't seem to be able to download add-ons.

I've been searching old threads to find an answer, but haven't found one. Is this a desired feature of xenForo -- that only the main account can download add-ons -- or have we done something wrong? Also, when it asks for forum users -- is that my user name here, or my user name on the forum I'm Administrator on?
