XF 2.1 Can I use push notifications with libgmp10 instead of gmp?

Hello,
on my managed server I'm only able to install libgmp10. However I did this but xenForo still gives me the error message that I have to enable gmp.

Can I go around that? Does it work with libgmp10?

I do not believe so, gmp is required.

XenForo is specifically looking for the GMP extension for PHP. That PHP extension does actually use libgmp as its underlying library. Effectively you would need both.
