XF 2.1 Can I upgrade my software version like this?

Hi,

I am trying to purchase a theme from a third party and they require the latest software version. I have not upgraded since I bought my license and cannot use the one click upgrade in my control panel (see error below). Can I use the original file download method to complete this upgrade?

Can I download the latest version and upload the files to my cpanel again to complete the upgrade?

You can, but the easiest thing is to contact your host and ask them to install and enable ZipArchive.
