XF 1.3 Can I remove vBulletin ?

Hi guys. We have switched from vBulletin to Xenforo and it has been more than three months. Sometimes, we are having bottlenecks on the system. I have talked to my host and they asked if there are crons. I thought and vBulletin is still active on the back side.

Redirections are working flawlessly. So, Can I remove vBulletin form the server ?
