XF 1.4 Can I reject specific words in email addresses?

I get about 40 spam accounts a day on my forum... The majority of them with yahoo and rediffmail email addresses. Is there a way to reject registrations if the email addresses contain either of these words?

Also, reject anyone who selects Tashkent, Karachi as their timezone.

Banned Emails feature in the Admin CP already supports wildcards.

Rejection based on timezone would need to be done with custom code; or if they're tied to a specific location geographically, then just ban a big range of IPs.
