XF 2.2 Can I approve a post without sending an alert it's been approved?

Just wondering. I did an import a few weeks ago and the queue is full of hundreds of posts that need moderation, from the imported software. I want to just click Approve but also these are super old so don't want to send alerts.

Let me rephrase.

1. Are alerts even sent? If not I am good.

2. If they are how can I do this? Batch update did not work. I chose the forum they are in and moderated. Zero results?

EDIT. Batch update is for threads not posts I guess that won't work.

I don't think any approval alert is sent.

Correct. Alerts are not sent for the approval itself though people watching the threads/forums may get alerts as per their preferences.
