Caching also for logged-in users for the start page?

We have moved our server this weekend and unfortunately the start page is rather slow for logged in users of www.psd-tutorials.de.

For guests I was able to speed up the start page via config.php:



The start page is a self-developed plugin. What could be the reason that it was fast on the old server and slower now? Does our developer have to program a cache for members as well? Strangely enough, all the other subpages also run fast for members. Unfortunately, only the start page doesn't. I've been sitting there for 2 days and just can't get it to work.

Please ask for help. Memcache is also installed and according to phpinfo also integrated.

What exactly do you find so slow! I open the home page and is there immediately.

Yes, for guest it is fast, but not for members! Then (only the mainpage) load 2 seconds instead of 0,2 seconds :-(
