Lack of interest Bypass last edit timeout for staff

If a mod edits a user's post in the first 5 minutes, the post doesn't get marked as "last edited by a moderator" and sometimes this leads to confusion for users.

Enable edit log display after:
0
Minutes
If enabled, any edit after the delay will cause a "last edited" message to be displayed at the end of the message.
